Bulk Listing Automation
Publish multiple listings to Facebook at once and save hours of manual posting
What is Bulk Publishing?
Bulk publishing allows you to select multiple listings from your RPG Market dashboard and automatically post them all to Facebook groups. The extension handles each listing sequentially with smart delays to avoid spam detection, saving you hours of repetitive work.
Why Use Bulk Publishing?
- Save Time: Post 10-20 listings in the time it would take to manually post just one
- Consistency: All listings get posted with the same formatting and quality
- Avoid Errors: No more forgetting to copy photos or pricing details
- Smart Delays: Automatic pacing prevents Facebook spam detection
- Queue Management: Pause, resume, or cancel anytime
- Progress Tracking: See exactly which listings have been posted and which are pending
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- Multiple draft listings created on RPG Market
- RPG Market Browser Extension installed (Installation Guide)
- Signed in to Facebook in the same Chrome browser
- At least 15-20 minutes of uninterrupted time (for 10-15 listings)
- Your computer stays awake and Chrome remains open during publishing
Step-by-Step Guide
1 Create Multiple Listings on RPG Market
Before using bulk publishing, you need to create all your listings on RPG Market. You can:
- Create them one at a time using the Create Listing form
- Use the Quick Entry Mode for faster data entry (great for product submissions)
- Save each listing as a Draft - don't publish them yet!

3 Select Listings to Publish
Check the boxes next to the listings you want to publish to Facebook. You can select as many as you want, but we recommend:
- First time users: Start with 2-3 listings to get familiar with the process
- Experienced users: 10-15 listings per batch works well
- Large inventories: Break into multiple batches if you have more than 20 listings

Advanced Features & Controls
Pause & Resume
Need to step away? Click "Pause" to stop the queue. The extension will finish the current listing and wait. Click "Resume" when you're ready to continue.
Cancel Publishing
Changed your mind? Click "Cancel" to stop the queue. Already-published listings will remain on Facebook, but the rest won't be posted.
Retry Failed Listings
If any listings fail (due to network issues or Facebook errors), you can retry just those listings without republishing everything.
Adjust Posting Speed
The default delay between posts is 45 seconds. You can adjust this in the extension settings (30-90 seconds recommended).
Publishing Queue
View the full queue to see which listings are pending, in progress, completed, or failed. Reorder listings if needed before starting.
Notifications
Get desktop notifications when bulk publishing completes, or when errors occur that need your attention.
Best Practices for Bulk Publishing
Prepare Listings in Advance
- Create all listings with complete information before bulk publishing
- Double-check photos, pricing, and descriptions
- Test with 1-2 listings first if you're new to the process
Batch Size Guidelines
- Small batches (2-5): Good for testing or quick updates
- Medium batches (6-15): Ideal for most sellers
- Large batches (16-20): For professional sellers with lots of inventory
- Over 20: Break into multiple sessions, 30+ minutes apart
Timing Matters
- Post during peak shopping hours (evenings, weekends)
- Spread large inventories across multiple days
- Avoid posting all listings at the exact same time every day
Stay Within Facebook's Limits
- Don't exceed 20-25 posts per day to the same group
- Use delays of at least 30 seconds between posts
- Vary your posting times and destinations
- If Facebook warns you about spam, stop and wait 24 hours
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Common causes and solutions:
- Facebook may have flagged you for spam - wait 30 minutes and try again with fewer listings
- Your computer went to sleep - adjust sleep settings or use a power adapter
- Facebook session expired - sign out and back in to Facebook, then restart bulk publishing
- Network connection lost - check your internet and use the "Resume" button
Check the failed listings for these issues:
- Missing required fields (title, price, or photos)
- Photos that are too large or in an unsupported format
- Descriptions that contain prohibited content or links
- Prices that violate Facebook group policies
Fix the issues on the RPG Market listing, then use the "Retry Failed Listings" button.
Facebook detected a listing that's very similar to one you already posted. This can happen if:
- You accidentally selected the same listing twice
- You have two very similar items with almost identical titles/descriptions
- You're trying to re-post a listing that was recently deleted
Solution: Make each listing more unique by varying the title, description, or photos. Wait at least 24 hours before trying to post similar items again.
