This is/was a Collector's item released with the 6th printing of the PHB which apparently was the first in full color. The Castle Keeper's Screen sports art by Peter Bradley that is different than what is found on their regular versions. It's also more heavy duty than the norm.
The bundle is still in shrink wrap (although there is a tear in it).
